The final cost depends on a few factors, like how many people are in the group, single or double occupancy, high or low season, and the lodge rates at the time of booking.
There is no commitment on your part until you have a chance to review a confirmed trip with all the details.
8-10 is a range of how long this trip might be. Some trips need more days so we're not rushing all the time. For example, the Patagonia circuit will have more travel between locations, and I want to make sure we have time to capture great images without feeling exhausted.
It also depends on the time availability and cost of the extra nights, weather folks can sign up or not.
Once I have a confirmed itinerary and you had a chance to review it, you'll need to pay a deposit to confirm your spot on the trip.
Yes. Companion rates will be determined when I confirm a trip. Pricing will depend on the lodges' policies, shared costs, per person costs, etc.
Because these are Ad Hoc trips, deposits are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances arise, I may consider an exception depending on how many people are signed up, minimum number of participants or make it contingent on finding a replacement participant.
Based on your desired trip dates, I will keep you posted on the likelihood of a trip happening as we get closer. You can always contact me any time to check on the status of a trip.
